ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival
You’ll be meet by our representative once you land at the Leh Airport. You’ll be transferred to your hotel. Take the day to rest and to acclimatize to the high altitudes of Ladakh. In the evening, once you’re well rested, feel free to check out the Leh Local Market. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel in Leh.
Day 2: Leh & Around
Ready to explore Leh? Have breakfast and gear up for some sightseeing! The sights you’ll be covering today are Hall of Fame, Gurdwara Pathar Sahib, Sangam Point, Leh Palace and last but not least, Shanti Stupa. Overnight stay and dinner at hotel in Leh.
Day Overview:

* Hall of Fame: The Hall of Fame was constructed by the Indian Army to honour our fallen soldiers during the Indo – Pak Wars. Inside you’ll find tributes to the fallen, history about Ladakh and heart touching stories of our brave warriors.
* Gurudwara Pathar Sahib: Dedicated to Guru Nanank Dev Ji, the Gurudwara has a boulder with the imprints of the Guru’s shoulders, head, back and feet. Wrapped in local legend and myth, the Lamas hold the boulder in high esteem. It is believed that the Guru defeated a demon here that was terrorizing the people. The Gurdwara is built in the spot where the boulder was first found.You can also sit and partake in ‘Langar’ or a free lunch. All Gurudwaras offer Langar to their visitors.

* Sangam Point: The mighty Sangam Point is the confluence of Indus and Zanskar Rivers. It’s one of the popular hotspots of Ladakh since it’s the World’s highest river rafting point!
* Leh Palace: Leh Palace, also known as the ‘LlachenPalkhar’, built in 1553, offers a vast view of the Ladakh and Stok Kangri mountain ranges. Inside the palace is a sight itself – decorated with paintings, jewellery, crowns and traditional dresses. Nine stories high, the Leh Palace is a classic example of medieval Tibetan culture.
* Shanti Stupa: This beautiful Stupa tedefines the word ‘tranquillity’. Built by Japanese monks in 1991 to promote world peace – the monks sure knew what they were doing!

Day 3 Leh to Nubra Valley

Have breakfast and get ready to head on out to Nubra Valley. Today, you’ll be going to Nubra through one of the World’s Highest Motorable road – Khardung La! You can also opt to drive ATV’s through sand dunes before we reach camp. Overnight stay and dinner at camps in Nubra Valley.
Day Overview:

* Khardung La: Khardung La connects Leh city and Nubra Valley. It’s also known as ‘pass of lower castle’. What attracts tourists to Khardung La is the sheer altitude and the thrill it brings. At 18,360 feet, it’s easily one of the highest motorable roads in the world.
* White Sand Dunes: Enjoy ATV rides on the vast sand dunes of Nubra Valley! This is one ride you don’t want to miss!

Travel Time: 160 KM | 6-7 Hours

Day 4 Nubra Valley to Turtuk & Return
After breakfast, we’ll be heading out to one of Ladakh’s hidden gems – Turtuk! Lying on the banks of the Shyok River, Turtuk is India’s northern most village. Turtuk is surrounded by the Karakoram Mountain Ranges and is off the beaten path, which makes it all the more alluring! In the evening, after having explored Turtuk, we’ll make our way back to our camps in Nubra Valley.

Day 5 Nubra Valley to Pangong Tso
Have a hearty breakfast and get ready to head on down to the gorgeous Pangong Lake today! On the way to Pangong, we’ll make a pit stop at Diskit Monastery.Overnight stay and dinner at camps near Pangong Tso.
Day Overview: : Diskit Monastery: One of the main attractions of Diskit Monastery is the beautiful intricate 106-foot statue of Buddha. Travel Time: 274 KM | 8 Hours
Day 6 Pangong Tso to Leh
Have breakfast and spend some time near the shores Pangong Lake. After taking in the magnificent views of Pangong, we’ll be heading back to Leh. On the way back to Leh, we’ll be crossing Chang La. Once you’re back in Leh, the evening is free at your leisure.Overnight stay and dinner at hotel in Leh.
Day 7 Departure

TIPS FOR TRAVELLERS

Ladakh is a tourist friendly and cheering places, but still you need to take care of some preparations which can make your tour even better and memorable:

  • Keep a pair of woolen sweater (not heavy) with you just in case the temperature dips low (even during summer months).
  • Only post-paid mobile phones work in Ladakh, preferably BSNL. Airtel postpaid connections will work in Ladakh only. As phones may not work at many places keep your family members informed well in advance not to worry if they fail to contact you.
  • Carry good Sun Screen lotion, sun glasses (goggles) and a cap with you to avoid sunburn as sun rays are direct and can burn your skin.
  • Don’t forget to carry photo ID with you. Passport is the best option. Driving License and Voter Cards are also valid.
  • While travelling on mountains, keep drinking water and eating healthy food and fruits to avoid vomiting due to high altitude sickness and dizziness due to curvy roads
  • Carry headache, stomach ache and/or anti-vomiting tablets with you.
  • Ladakh only has a few ATM machines where you can withdraw cash. But mostly these machines witness long queues of customers and run out of cash most of the time. So, carrying enough cash is advisable.
  • Respect the culture of Ladakh.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We realize that most people who cancel their reservations do so out of necessity or emergency. Nevertheless, cancellations are costly to administer and involve dedicated staff time, communications costs and advance purchased bills. Therefore, all cancellations would be charged the following fees:

  • Important: Advance is not refundable
  • Before 30 days: 25% of the balance (total cost paid – advance)
  • 30 – 15 days: 40% of the tour balance
  • 14 – 7 days: 80% of the tour balance
  • 6 – 3 days 90% of the tour balance
  • 2 – 0 days 100% of the tour balance
    If you fail addition to fees which may be levied by accommodation house properties, travel agents or third party tour and transport operator cancellation fees.to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund can be made. The above cancellation fees are in

Cancellation due to Landslide/Snowfall/Bad Weather:

If the tour is cancelled/postponed due to landslide/snowfall/bad weather conditions/road blockade or any weather-related problems at the last moment, no refund would be made. If the road is blocked and guests miss a stay at next destination, full cost of the hotel stay would be charged, in addition to tariff of the hotel booked instantly by us for their emergency stay. However, guests can book and pay hotel for emergency stay at their own expenses. If a particular destination is cancelled at last moment, full amount would be charged. This strict policy is applied as nature and its plays are beyond our control. This is rare situation but can happen to anyone.

  • If in case client wish to Prepone /postpone travel dates, so request should reach us 30 days prior to journey date via mail.
  • The Company has complete authority to change the package costing if in future there is a hike in tariff & taxes of hotels, transportation or any other service that has been provided.
  • Customers must carry the photo identification in the form of Driving License, Voter ID Card, Adhar Card, and Pan Card. At certain site seeing places/hotel, the identification proof is required for which company has no control and is mandatory
  • Check In & Check Out Time as per Hotel Policies. Standard Check in is 12 PM checkout time of hotel is 10 AM. (Early Check in / late Checkout is as per hotel policies & room availability in hotel)
  • Company reserves the right to change the Hotel accommodation due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case we may provide alternative, similar accommodation for which we are not liable to pay any refund. We will not be responsible or liable in case of loss of property at the Hotel. Similarly, any damages caused to the hotel rooms during your stay, shall be payable by the Clients and the Company will not be liable for the same.
  • The timings mentioned in Day schedule section are approximate timings and can be negotiated.
  • On arrival you will be required to deposit your photo ID’s (Driving license/Adhar Card, Voter ID Card, Passport). Pan card is not valid.
  • The participants must be covered with full medical insurance from their home town/ city. The organization does not cover any kind of insurance.
  • In case of any accident & death company will not bear any medical/ doctor expenses, ambulance expenses, rescue expenses and airlift/ air ambulance expenses.
  • Company will not be responsible for the cancellation of any event due to any unavoidable situation.
